Ribbon Lei Headbands by TwentiFive Design offers a 30-day conditional return policy for all of its items. All returns must be in its original packaging and in condition for resale. A refund [less shipping charges] is issued within 30 days from the purchase date.

A return postage will be issued only if the return is a result of our error.
